§ Oscar · YouTube analytics agent

The agent that reads your channel — and only reads.

Oscar is the research agent of KPI Creatives' AI family. It connects to your YouTube channel through a secure, read-only Google authorization, reads the analytics — watch time, retention, traffic sources, audience — and turns them into the calculations behind every content decision: what's working, where attention drops, and exactly what to change next. It never posts, never edits, and you can revoke its access at any time.

§ 01 · What Oscar does

A read-only pipe from YouTube to analysis.

Oscar doesn't post, edit, or manage your channel. It connects through Google, reads your YouTube data and analytics, and passes them to our AI assistant so it can compute reports on:

KPI Creatives uses these calculations to decide what to improve in your next round of videos. The AI processes your data to generate analysis only — your data is never used to train AI models.

§ 02 · The access you grant

Read-only, and revocable any time.

You stay in control. Oscar requests read-only access only, and you can revoke it at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How to connect

Open oscar.kpicreatives.com, sign in with the Google account that owns the channel, and approve the read-only access request.

§ 03 · The family

One architecture, three agents.

Oscar is the research side of KPI Creatives' agent family — the same governed architecture also runs Hunter, the paid-search operations agent in production since May 2026, and Marco, the go-to-market agent that prepares outreach a human signs. The full philosophy is on the AI Agents page: operations agents act under gates, research agents only read, outreach agents draft — judgment stays with people.

§ 04 · Privacy

How Oscar handles your data.

Oscar's handling of Google user data — the read-only scopes it requests, how the data is used, stored, and deleted, and our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements) — is described in the Oscar section of the KPI Creatives Privacy Policy.

The short version: read-only access, used only to compute analytics reports for your channel. Never used for advertising, never sold, never used to train AI models — and revocable any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

§ 05 · Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Oscar ("the Service"), a connector provided by KPI Creatives ("we", "us") at oscar.kpicreatives.com. By connecting your YouTube channel to Oscar, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service does

Oscar reads your YouTube channel data and analytics on a read-only basis, via Google OAuth, and passes them to KPI Creatives' AI assistant to produce performance analysis and recommendations as part of your engagement. Oscar does not modify, upload, or delete content on your channel.

Authorization and your account

You must own, or be authorized to manage, the YouTube channel you connect. You are responsible for the Google account used to authorize access. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; doing so ends Oscar's ability to read your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access to protect the Service, our clients, or to comply with Google's API policies and applicable law.

Data

Our handling of data accessed through Google APIs is described in the Oscar section of the KPI Creatives Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and includes our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPI Creatives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service relies on data provided by Google's APIs, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of that upstream data.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
